THE VEHICLE REPAIR PROCESS
Repairing an automobile damaged in a collision or through other means is a multi-step process.
We make sure that you are back on the road safely and quickly. We will be sure to keep you informed and let you know if there are any problems along the way.
Our quick and easy process consists of the following steps:
Estimate damage to the vehicle. Your insurance company may also want to review the damage before proceeding with repairs.
Coordinate the insurance estimate and approval
Remove the damaged parts and determine if there is any underlying additional damage
Order all your parts
Get your parts replaced on the vehicle
Make any parts shiny and new with a coat of paint
Reassemble your vehicle
We let you know your car is completed and ready for pick-up
You pick up your vehicle
Ellsworth Auto Body strives to repair and return your vehicle to you as quickly as possible. However, some repairs that look easy can take longer due to the availability of parts, hidden damage not found in the initial estimate, the severity of damage, or the insurance approval process. We make sure there are no surprises and will let you know if there are any changes to the initial estimate. We will work with the insurance company on these items.
